A Designated Liaison Person (DLP) is a designated individual within an organization who serves as a resource for staff, volunteers, and others who have concerns about child protection and welfare. They are responsible for reporting to appropriate authorities, liaising with outside agencies, and ensuring the organization's child protection policies are followed.
